Since 1982, Outdoors has taught ladies and gentlemen all the basic skills necessary to successfully fly fish for trout.

The three-day program is held at Rockbridge, Missouri, located in the prettiest part of the Ozarks. Students enjoy three days of expert, personalized instruction.

Students receive instruction in casting, presentation of dry flies, wet flies and nymphs, fly fishing methods and strategies, basic knots, fly fishing equipment, trout biology and stream entomology. Best of all, students also get to go fishing!

Students use premium rods and reels by Orvis and Sage. Outdoors furnishes all equipment except chest waders and rainwear. Simple, weather-appropriate clothes and waders are all students need to bring.

Classes are held from April through October and are limited to eight students.
